We’ve designed packages which have been put together by a team who’ve served thousands of events of every size with the aim of making your life a whole lot easier. They provide everything you need for a slick audio and visual set-up.
Conference Set & Stage
We have a range of stock set and stage conference options, all of which offer the choice of styles, including HD 16:9 projection screens (ask our team for guidance if you’re unsure about this or anything else – we’ll be happy to help).
We recover our sets for every event, ensuring a pristine finish every time.
Along with each stage and set package will come a carpeted stage, lectern and felted or vinyl set. You can pick and choose your colours to fit right in with your event branding.
Super sharp AUDIO
You need every last word of your presenters to be heard by all – anything less and you run the risk of a message that falls flat.
Our audio guarantees that your speakers are heard loud and proud by all. We provide L’Acoustic speakers and Sennheiser radio microphones, all of which comes with an expert sound engineer.
Atmosphere and ambience with LIGHTING
The combination and amount of lighting your event needs is always defined by the size of the set and stage, and the effects that you’re aiming for.
Our lighting goes all-out to make an impression. Which is why even our starter conference package comes complete with a dimmable stage wash lighting and mood-setting LED uplighting.
Vivid visuals with VIDEO
Completing our conference packages is something that takes centre stage – your video. Get this wrong, and no matter how clear your audio or atmospheric your lighting, and your event may lack impact.
Our video equipment includes projectors, as well as the complete suite of back office– kit, including show laptops and switchers– which will allow you to instantly move between video and slideshow content free from technical issues.
We can supply timers screens, comfort screens and more.

Our conference packages have been designed in a way that allows you to switch and swap items, they are a starting point. You could add additional screens, microphones, lights and staging as you require, or tell us about your event and we’ll put together a proposal to suit.
